With years of experience refining his craft in renowned restaurants across the Middle East, including successful ventures in Dubai and Qatar, he now brings his unparalleled expertise to Washington, D.C. at Sofra Restaurant, delivering authentic Mediterranean flavors to the Woodley Park neighborhood.
Everything is cooked on our charcoal grill, without using gas or electric ovens. This traditional method creates distinctive smoky flavors while naturally reducing fats for healthier, more flavorful dining.
All our lamb, chicken, and beef selections are purchased locally. Our locally sourced items are purchased fresh daily with the customer in mind, and we make and bake all breads daily.
